EXHIBITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

· All work must be the original work of the artist and not been previously exhibited in IWD Exhibitions.

· All artworks must be presented ready for hanging on the galleries hanging system. D-rings 75mm from the top of larger works or 35mm from the top of smaller works. D rings can be purchased from hardware shops.

· All entries are accepted and displayed at the owner’s risk.

· Maximum size of artwork is 1m x 1m, including frame. This is to allow for maximum entries.

· Commission on sales will be applied at 17.5% (our normal commission) on all sales.

· Labels must be attached to the back of each work showing Artist’s name, Price & Title. · Enquiries to the Gallery, Booking Officer, or Cheryl Fyffe on 0476 142 784. Please pay entry fee by EFT to MVCAG account at Coastline Credit Union

BSB 704-189, Account No. 11008820 – Reference IWD and your Surname.

· Provide photos of your work by email, if you are able, for Publicity purposes.

Ø Artwork to be delivered to the gallery: Tuesday 3rd March 2026 between 9am and 12 noon

Ø Artwork to be collected from the gallery: Monday 16th March 2026 between 9am and 12 noon

We will have the Celebration on Sunday 8th March at

2:00pm at the Gallery with Drinks & Nibbles
