This exhibition explores the heart felt inspiration for my artworks.

What triggered the initial feeling” I have to paint that‟ and how the emotions are involved with the decision.

Initially I was inspired by flowers, which gave me hope during lockdown especially sunflowers with their bright happy faces.

Inspiration also came, as the restrictions were lifted, with “A new found freedom to explore our coastline and beaches we had never before visited in 39 years of living on the Mid North Coast.”       

My artworks feature a rich colour palette of dyes on silk. Cards & Prints will be available for that special Xmas present.
