Scott Jacksons December 2025 exhibition :Title “ Echoes of Coast and Country”

My art is a journey into the soul of the Australian landscape, a deep exploration of the

unique light, textures, and spirit of Australia and the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.

Using oil, acrylic, and ink, I seek to capture more than just a visual likeness of the beaches,

bush, and skies; I aim to convey the emotional and energetic essence of these places.

Through expressive brushwork and painting knife work and a vibrant palette, I invite the

viewer to see the world as I do—a dynamic tapestry of colour and texture.

Each painting is an opportunity to get lost in a scene, to feel the movement of the ocean or

the quiet stillness of the bush, and to connect with the timeless energy that defines the

landscape and seascapes of Australia.

My work is a celebration of this profound connection to place, offering a unique and

personal vision of the world around us
