Dear Valued Artist,
Macleay Valley Community Art Gallery (MVCAG) is thrilled to commemorate its 20th anniversary of showcasing the vibrant artistic talent of the Mid North Coast and beyond!
To mark this special milestone, we are delighted to invite all artists who have previously exhibited with us to participate in a celebratory exhibition this October. Exhibition dates : 23 October to 2nd of November,
Our aim is to create a memorable showcase that honours both the artists who have graced our walls and the gallery's enduring commitment to the arts community.
To facilitate broad participation from our extensive network of over 200 exhibiting artists, the gallery will be providing a standard-sized canvas (10 x 12 inches / 25cm x 30cm). Artists working in 3D mediums are also warmly encouraged to submit work that fits within the spatial constraints of this canvas size.
There is no entry fee for this exhibition, and artworks will be available for sale, with standard gallery commission applying to any sales.
This 20th-anniversary celebration is a testament to the incredible support we have received from artists like you. We are immensely proud to have provided a professional platform for artists in the region, often marking significant steps in their artistic journey and sales success.
The MVCAG remains dedicated to offering a high-quality exhibition space that enhances the presentation and value of your artwork.
Canvases are available for collection at the gallery during our opening hours, Thursday to Sunday.

EXHIBITION DETAILS
Thursday 23rd October to Sunday 2nd November, 2025.
The MVCAG committee invites artists who have exhibited with the gallery over the past 20 years to
join us in celebrating this milestone in October by submitting their work for this special exhibition.
To include as many artists as possible the gallery has decided to limit the size of exhibiting works.
by providing artists, who have previously exhibited in the gallery, with a canvas to use and return
for this exhibition.
EXHIBITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
● All work must be the original work of the artist & be 250mm x 310mm (10 x 12ins) on a
canvas provided by the Gallery or your own canvas of the same size.
● All mediums (Ceramics, photography, fibre art, jewellery, etc.) will be accepted but must
fit into the size restriction.
● All works must be for sale.
● All artwork must be presented ready for hanging on the galleries hanging system with
D-rings 35mm from the top of the work.
● All entries are accepted and displayed at the owner’s risk.
● Commission on all sales will be applied at 17.5% (our normal rate).
● Labels must be attached to the back of each work showing Artist’s name, Price and Title.
