We Are Exploring our connections.

Maureen and Michelle are mother and daughter. Together they share many traits, idiosyncrasies, and interests. Maureen works in acrylic on canvas exploring the world she works in visually. Michelle is an artisan jeweller working in precious metals to create wearables and small objects. Macleay Valley Community Art Gallery was developed to enhance the cultural aspects of the Macleay Valley community through the attraction of travelling and local exhibitions and to facilitate cultural growth through providing a space for local artists to exhibit and generate income.

The gallery is managed by a volunteer community committee on behalf of Kempsey Shire Council and is staffed by volunteers and artists
